Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
